Guruguru comics shop design
Guruguru, a bookshop specialized in comics located in Torino, hired me to design a logo for their new company. Owners managed a similar business for a year and a half and then relocate to create a new shop.
The logo should have been suitable for a younger target, who loves comics and anime. Guruguru (グルグル) is a Japanese word which means ring-around-the-rosey. As it was a concept already seen, the idea was to represent something with no end, such a spiral. After a few preliminary sketches, I made a spiral round which would become the official logo of the store.
In addition to logo design, I worked to accomplish all the company’s corporate image. Letterhead, fidelity cards, flyers and other promotional collateral design.

Client comment:
We needed to create a logo that could distinguish us from our competitors. We choose Antonio because he had already taken a path with us to create an identityof our company. He managed so fast to visualize our idea and translate it into an immediate and unique image. Thanks to Antonio, we have a corporate identity that our competitors do not have. According to our customers, the logo is instantly recognizable and attributable to us. We are immensely satisfied with the result and we will continue to work with him because he is our ideal graphic designer.
